If your chain feels too loose or too tight over time, book this service, so we can fix the fitting for you! ** If it is within the 7 days of the actual day of purchase, please book “Size Readjustment” to get resized at no cost.

If the chain is broken, bring it in, and we can see if we can weld an additional jump ring. If the integrity of the chain has been compromised or overstretched, you will need to purchase a new chain. We don't offer free replacements on broken or lost pieces after the 30-day warranty. If your piece is lost, you will need to purchase a replacement.

Need to remove your jewelry piece? You can snip the jump ring with a pair of scissors. If you don’t feel confident in doing so, I got you covered. Book this service, so we can remove it for you. Take your chain(s) with you and save them for a later date!
*30-Day Warranty* Book this ONLY if it is within the 30 days of the actual purchase date. Free Re-Welding: if the chain breaks at the jump ring (welding point) Lost chain: we will replace it with the same chain or for one of equal or lesser value **This does not cover misuse, damage, or removal of jewelry.

Please message me prior to booking. I will need details regarding total head count, type of event (bachelorette, bridal party, baby shower, birthday party, engagement party, special get-together, girls’ day, etc), date/time, and location. Studio is available if needed & will only be open for event. Please give me 2 weeks notice of event if possible. PRIVATE EVENT SPECIAL: If 7 chains are purchased, the host will receive a free chain of choice. If 8 or more chains are purchased, the host will receive 2 free chains of choice.
